Our Work

At Teens Table, we believe in the power of young people to lead, create, and change their world. We are a community-based organization rooted in the heart of Nairobi’s slums, working tirelessly to transform the lives of teens aged 13 to 19 through Life Skills development and talent exposure

Our mission is simple but powerful: to inspire and empower the next generation of bosses. We do this by equipping teens with critical life skills, nurturing their unique talents, and ensuring they grow with dignity, confidence, and hope.

Through our signature Teens Table Program, we offer safe spaces and structured programs where youth can explore their interests in areas like soccer, modeling, and other creative pursuits. We also provide hands-on skills training in leadership, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and personal development—giving young people the tools they need to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Our commitment goes beyond training—we also care deeply about the well-being of every teen. That’s why we distribute dignity kits tailored for both boys and girls, helping them maintain personal hygiene, self-respect, and consistent participation in school and community activities.

At Teens Table, we’re not just building skills—we’re building futures. We are proud to stand with the youth of Nairobi, helping them rise above circumstance and step confidently into their potential.
